Teenage and adult woman can increase awareness to avoid a situation before it occurs as well as increase physical skills to escape a situation if necessary. Learn awareness skills, verbal commands, distance as well as various strikes to defend.
Class held at the Mansfield Activity Center and is $27 per person, price increases 2 days prior to $32 per person. Must have a membership for the Recreation Center.

Learn additional skills to defend your self by using pressure points and pressure grabs combined with striking and escaping skills. In additionally, learn awareness and prevention strategies.
